An actual account from a phone conversation I had in November 2008 with a woman from my local Doctor’s surgery.

“Hello Mr Encaoua, I’m phoning from the doctor’s surgery”
“Hello”
“You’ve not been for a flu shot yet”
“Uh-huh, I don’t need one”
“Well we think you need one”

At this point I hung up.

Now that was a year ago & since then there’s been the supposed swine Flu Pandemic which has killed less people then flu kills every year, but hey hasn’t government & the media whip up a load of paranoia that this is the worse pandemic since the dawn of time or something a kin to that. Of course with all the paranoid hysteria that government & the media have managed to whip up, there’s the underlining message that people must trust government they know what’s best, oh & of course if you refuse to receive the special tailored swine flu vaccine there are medicating folk with this November then you’re a kook.

Since I was 16 years old when got to have a say in what meds the doctor can pump into me I’ve refused the flu shot every November; my body is my own property & it will be me who decides what medication I ingest. The reason I’ve refused to take the annual flu shot all my adult life, is that when I was forced to receive in up until I was 16 I could count on that with in 10 days of having the vaccine I’d get a stinking cold. Since I’ve not had the flu shot I’ve had the flu a lot less & I’ve had far less colds.

But of course the government & doctors think I should have the flu shot because they know what’s best for & there are probably an array of individuals in the medical field that probably think people should be made to take whatever meds the doctors recommend & bollocks to anybody owning their own body, as proven by the conversation I had with my doctor’s sectary a year ago “Well we think you need the flu shot”. Of course there are shithead authoritarian & nanny statist types throughout society who think people should be forced to take the meds doctors recommend & bollocks to anybody owning their own body.

Oh I’m sure somebody is bound to say to me that what if you get the swine flu & your not vaccinated & you spread it & people die from you spreading it? Err most people who have had swine flu haven’t died from having it, but people obviously stupidly believe everything the media spin them. The media selectively tell us how many have died from swine flu on a regular basis but not how many have recovered, when in fact statistically more have recovered from having swine flu then have died from having swine flu.

So far the government hasn’t forced the likes of me to have the swine flu vaccine, but I know NHS staff have been forced & there are local education authorities putting pressure on parents to get their kids vaccinated, all an egregious assault upon property rights 1:01, you own your own body therefore you have the choice as to what you ingest into your own body. Okay some say it makes sense to order NHS staff to get the shot, but even with taking the shot its not guaranteed that person won’t get swine flu & spread it. So before the holier then thou shithead nanny statists start saying to me that I must get the shot, I’ll point out its not guaranteed to prevent me from getting swine flu & as its my body therefore its my choice.

If the shithead nanny statists really want to feel protected maybe they should be walking around in a chemical suits, I mean you might not know what deadly bacteria there might be lurking in the wider world, but personally I don’t need to because I’m not that fucking paranoid & that’s because I’m stupid enough to believe everything the mainstream media spins.
